Shipping Policy

After each order is placed, we process them in the order that they are received. We strive to ship each order within 2 business days, though processing times may be longer at certain times of the year.

*Please note that pre-order items will ship within 2 business days of the date that restock is received. TriPollar orders ship via UPS and will generally arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

Orders placed during weekend or during a holiday will be processed the following week.
