What Are the Benefits of The Stop X? 

The Stop X is the latest generation of TriPollar Stop devices. TriPollar has taken the successful Radio Frequency (RF) technology of the original STOP device and made some incredible improvements.

The Stop X RF technology, stimulates dermal activity in order to kick start the natural production of collagen, improving your skin’s contours and overall condition. This slows down and reverses, signs of ageing and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in just 8 weeks 

Do I have to use the Stop Gel?  

Our recommendation is to use the dedicated Stop Gel. The gel primes the skin for the transference of heat from the Stop X device.

Will my skin get red?

Redness may occur during the treatment. However, this should pass after to 2-3 hours post treatment.

What Are the Benefits of The Geneo Personal? 

The Geneo Personal is beneficial for ALL skin types and for both men and women: Treatment with Geneo Personal provides the user with a deep cleansing of the facial skin, Exfoliation of the upper skin layer, Oxygenation of the skin from within and preparation of the skin for nourishment of active ingredients.

What is Oxygenation?

Oxygenation refers to oxygen levels in the blood and oxygen respiration mechanism. Regarding the skin (and other tissues), oxygenation is essential to the health and maintenance of the cells. As we get older, our skin loses its ability to retain and utilize oxygen for normal metabolic processes. Oxygen is necessary for the repair and regeneration of the skin

What is the Bohr Effect? 

The Bohr Effect is a physiological mechanism for preserving the balance of CO2/O2 (carbon dioxide/oxygen) in the blood and tissue. When higher levels of CO2 are detected in the tissue, an increase of blood flow to the area will follow and the hemoglobin, which carries the oxygen in the red blood cells, will release the oxygen in that area and the red blood cells will pick up the CO2

What is exfoliation and why is it good for me? 

Exfoliation is a Gentle removal of the upper layer of dead skin. Removal of a dead skin layer exposes a living skin layer that increases the metabolism, allowing us to absorb better moisture and oxygenation. Exfoliation assists the oxygenation by making the co2 available to the vital cell layer and thus helps the oxygenation process and the absorption process.

Can I use the capsule without the gel and vice versa? 

No. In order for the treatment to work, the reaction between the gel and capsule needs to occur and produces the desired results for your skin.

Do I have to use the nourishment cream? can I use my own cream? 

Our recommendation is to use the dedicated Geneo Personal products. The cream should be used after washing your face in your daily beauty routine and after using the cleansing brush.

What will I feel during the Oxygenation treatment? 

A slight tingling sensation may be felt and will pass after face has been washed.

Will my skin get red? 

Redness may occur during the treatment. However, this should pass after to 2-3 hours post treatment.

Is the device waterproof? 

Yes. The device can be washed under running water.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package? 

Most domestic orders are delivered within 2 business days and up to 4 business days for Hawaii and Alaska.

Please be aware that items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday-Friday. Orders placed over a holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Packages will arrive within 2 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is free for orders over $50. All orders under $50 will be charged at a flat rate of $9.95

Do I need an account to place an order? 

An account is not needed to place an order. However, your email address or mobile number will be needed to place an order, to keep you informed on your orders status.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please contact us by email as soon as possible, if you wish to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to honour your request. However, if your package has already been dispatched, we will be unable to deal with your request(s).

How Do I Track My Order? 

We will provide you with tracking information, when you receive your email confirmation.

How Can I Return a Product? 

Please contact us to let us know what product(s) you will be returning and we will provide you with the necessary information, to fulfil your request.

Additional Fees – Taxes, Duties, Customs 

International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government (the “Fees”). While the price quote for any applicable fees, duties and taxes is based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order is shipping, please be aware that these Fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery.
